AT HANYANG All dishes come with three different 'House Special' Kimchi as Ban-Chan, served before main meal, which are "Ban-chu-kimchi" made of napa cabbages, "Kkak-du-gi" with turnips, and "Gat-kimchi" with Brassicaceae aka sweet mustard. Note all kimchis are tastefully SPICY.
